Means of transport

During the purchase process through the virtual shop at least two types of transport may be used:

Normally Marsigor uses Normal or Express Mail, however other means of transport may be considered, always considering the best cost and bigger priority of delivery favouring the client.

Orders worth more than 100 euros in articles and/or pending products will have “free shipping” as long as the shipping address is Portugal (mainland), and if do not exceed five kilograms (Volumetric Weight).

If your order has a value of, or superior to 100 euros in articles or back-ordered products the post/transport will be free if the delivery address is within the Iberian Peninsula, and it does not weight more than five (5) kilograms.
If you receive an order with obvious damage signs on the package you must mention this fact in writing on the delivery note. If the products are damaged, this will be the only possibility we will have to hold the transport company and his insurer responsible.


The sending time is the result of the sum of the time of processing of the request and the time of the transport.

The processing time is of 24/48 hours from the moment of the receiving of the payment (except Saturdays, Sundays and holiday periods).

Delivery time varies in accordance with the chosen form of transport. For remittances by mail we can indicate a time of delivery, that must be considered as an approximate estimate, of 24/48 hrs for Portugal and 48/72 hrs for Spain.

Sending expenses

The transport cost will be informed by email after the total existence of the ordered material is confirmed. When any product is not in stock we will immediately contact you to know if the sending of the existent material or the wait for the full stock replacement are preferred.

We send worldwide

We accept orders from any place of the world, since the logistic companies with which we work offer services with guaranteed delivery. It must be noticed that, for the destinations where transports has that to be made by airmail, restrictions of air traffic exist in virtue of not being authorized to send products in the form of aerosol (primer spray, varnish spray, etc.) and, in general, any flammable product (enamel paints, solvents, some adhesives, etc).


The goods bought in our virtual shop can be returned in our physical shop in Maia . The delivery of the product must be accompanied by the receipt.

Devolutions must be communicated by e-mail (info@marsigor. with) or by telephone (229489483), in a period of no more than 14 days from the date of reception. Costs with devolutions are not refundable, except for products with defect or incorrect sending.

The refund period is of approximately 15 days counting of the date of reception of the product. The product must be in perfect state in its original pack, and, accessories or included offers, when such is the case. After checking the state of the product and the quantity, the client will be refunded by the same method that it used for the payment or by the method that Marsigor will deem more convenient. If the client benefited of a promotion (e.g., post paid), the respective amount will be deducted from the amount to be returned. No devolution of consumables (such as cans of paint, glues, stickers, etc.) will be allowed. Devolutions of products that were modified by request will not be accepted. In pre-ordered products a percentage may be requested as security (to be defined) for reserves, the value of the security will not be returned and the reserve will remain valid for the period of ninety days.
